Pan & Stereo Motion
Give Rolling Waves a repeating path between left and right. With headphones, its movement becomes part of the tide while the bed, foam, and current keep playing. Compatible tone and noise layers can also hold a stereo position or follow a repeating path.
Automation
Choose a value available for the layer and draw a curve across its duration. Scrub to a moment, then listen as playback follows the same rise, dip, or turn. The change stays with your version.
Tone Filter
For tones and noise with filtering, choose low-pass or high-pass and adjust cutoff and resonance while you listen. Set a layer deeper into the soundscape or bring its edge forward.
Control Sources
When Rolling Waves swells, Sea Foam rises and the Binaural Current's beat shifts with it. In Resonant Tide, the changing volume of one layer can drive those two values. Shape one source instead of redrawing the same movement, and the original settings remain ready if you change course.
Save the soundscape and reopen it later. Duplicate a version before taking a new direction. Import or explicitly export Aural documents when you choose. Your work remains editable after the sound stops.
Aural Studio is free on the App Store, with no account or subscription. It is built for iPhone and requires iOS 26 or later.
Your Aural documents stay on your device unless you export them. Aural uses limited TelemetryDeck product analytics; the Privacy Policy explains the pseudonymous Device ID and Product Interaction data used for analytics. Aural has no ads or cross-app tracking.

No. Resonant Tide, Alpha Calm, Theta Drift, and Delta Rest give you four complete starting points. Open a layer only when something catches your ear.
The controls depend on the layer. They can include volume, pitch or binaural beat, timing, stereo position or motion, and low-pass or high-pass filtering. You can also reorder, duplicate, mute, or remove supported layers.
Binaural playback uses related tones in separate left and right channels. Stereo motion also depends on left-right separation, so headphones make those differences easier to hear as intended.
Aural documents stay on your device unless you explicitly export them. Aural uses limited TelemetryDeck product analytics as described in the Privacy Policy; it does not use an account or cloud document library.
